Are you looking for an opportunity to improve quality and efficiency in logistics workflows, as well as manage a team? We are looking for an inspiring leader to the Inbound department at our centralized warehouse in Spånga.
The warehouse is divided in three departments – Inbound, Outbound and E-commerce/Returns. The Inbound department secures the flow from the receiving of goods until it is safe put in a location. In addition to that the responsibility covers the optimization of the warehouse's available storage capacity.
This position reports to the Warehouse Manager. Your main responsibility will be day-to-day management of the inbound process, both operational and administrative, and to coach the team to deliver in line with business goals and KPI targets. You will also be responsible to develop the function to further support the general growth of Acne Studios.
We will during the next couple of years extensively develop the global logistics function and are looking for a candidate who want to be a part of this modernization process and contribute with a lot of energy and experience!

Your job will include:
Ensuring that the highest standards are deployed at all times in the workflow
Continuously developing and improving incoming levels, quality and efficiency
Recruiting, training, managing and developing staff
Ensuring a safe work environment for all employees within the Inbound function
Supporting the Warehouse Manager in strategical and operational duties, such as investigating stock discrepancies and budget/cost management

We are looking for someone with:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience from warehouse operations
At least 2 years’ experience from staff responsibility in a labor-intensive environment
Ability to lead by example and inspire and motivate others
Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to see things through
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent Swedish and English skills, additional language skills are meriting
