Tetra Pak is looking for an Internal Communications Manager that will be part of the Corporate Communications function, reporting to the Internal Communications Operations Director. You will successfully inform, engage and align employees worldwide so that Tetra Pak can more efficiently and effectively achieve its strategic objectives, while helping to sustain pride and passion in the organisation.







What you will do


As our new Internal Communications Manager, you will:
.Create and implement integrated internal communications plans to support strategic objectives. Plans should include: ?Measurable related communication goals
?Definition of internal target audiences, including their profile needs
?Internal stakeholder engagement
?Creation of relevant messages and visual concepts to engage target audiences
?Selection and implementation of relevant channels and materials to deliver messages to defined target audiences
?Project management including clear status reporting to business partners and other stakeholders
?Budget creation, monitoring and control when needed for internal communications activities
?Utilisation of relevant Corporate Communications tools, processes, templates and guidelines (including creation of new ones where needed and continual improvement of existing ones as required)







.Understand the Tetra Pak corporate narrative, including the strategy, strategic priorities and initiatives, goals, and sales targets
.Understand the Tetra Pak communications framework, including external and internal communications goals, messages, channels, materials and audiences
.Help create an ongoing dialogue between employees around the Tetra Pak strategy, performance, brand positioning, portfolio, customer value and corporate values
.Help leaders and managers communicate to and engage their teams
.Partner with other functions for consistent internal communications
.Help communicate clearly the Tetra Pak strategy and business goals, including measurement, to all employees
.Raise internal awareness and understanding of External Communications campaigns and messages to all employees
.Help manage and improve as needed all internal communications channels, including but not limited to the intranet, Microsoft 365 dialogue applications, content management systems, email, video, calls and teleconferences, social media, posters, brochures, newsletters, workshops and events, and line managers
.Populate internal communications channels with relevant messages and content to help achieve business goals
.In partnership with HR, ensure timely and correct deployment of organizational announcement


This position will be located in Lund, but you will work in a global arena. You will travel around 10% of your time.




Who you are


To be successful in this position you have strong abilities to work with and influence others, driving results through collaboration, adjusting to context and connecting with people on all levels of the organisation. As a person you have demonstrated excellent communication skills and you have a proven ability to develop effective relationships and gain credibility across all stakeholders. You possess a high level of autonomy and a good understanding of cultural behaviours and subsequent drivers. You enjoy working in a team, having the ability to build trust, and using informal authority to motivate and influence people.

You will have a minimum of five to seven years of experience working as an internal communications manager or similar role. You will also have an excellent command of verbal and written communication in English (samples will be required), and a high level of networking skills, project management skills and self-drive. Experience in global supplier handling and cost control is also an asset.
