We are looking for a “Logistics Project Manager". He/she must ensure that the different stakeholders (customers, operations, ict-department, customs, business development, corporate services, finance ...) work together efficiently and handle projects successfully.
Projects are executed in teams of 6 persons / experts or more. In general, a project can take 6 months up to 2 years. Our own developed project methodology is based on PMBoK, PMI, etc.
Projects range over different domains such as warehouse optimizations, starting up new customers, IT migrations, automation, lean-value stream mappings, etc


Job description:
Coordinating projects with high efficiency and flawless execution
o lead projects from requirements definition through deployment
o coordinate & communicate with internal and external resources
o analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope & timelines
o establish and maintain relationships with appropriate stakeholders
o monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs


Profile:
• Master degree or equivalent
• Least 2 years of experience in project management. Strong plus is experience in logistics.
• You are dynamic, enthusiastic and manage to transmit your energy to the project team
• Entrepreneurial, creative and solution driven
• Mature leadership and social skills
• Goal-oriented with strong customer-focus
• We estimate that project management assignment is not a full-time job. We kindly ask you, in your application, describe the skills that you bring with you.
• You will be placed in THN but should be prepared to have shorter assignments abroad within the KTN-Group.
