Tetra Pak Services is one of the fastest growing and exciting parts of Tetra Pak. We have high ambitions where digitalisation of our services plays a key role in our success. Predictive Maintenance is part of our digital offering to customers and is delivered globally from our Quality and Performance Management Centre (Q&PMC) in Lund. We are at the forefront, monitoring our customers operation by predicting failures before they happen, including both Tetra Pak equipment and customer full plant. The service is rapidly growing, and we are now looking for a Manager to continue leading and transforming the centre into an efficient and world class global operation.
The position is temporary until August 2020.
What you will do
As a manager for the team you will lead and continuously improve the Q&PMC daily operation, play a key role in the overall program leading the development of the service and be part of the Digitalisation of Services management team.
The role is based in Lund, Sweden, and will require approximately 10% of your time travelling.
You will focus on:
-Lead Q&PMC operations
-Build a high performing team delivering a world class global service
-Continuously develop and improve operational quality and efficiency through tools/measurements/KPI
-Secure value is delivered to customers through alerts and insights
-Secure the delivered customer value is documented and transparent
-Be part of the overall program leading the development of the Predictive Maintenance service
-Drive requirement setting to organisations and projects developing tools and infrastructure
-Responsible to demonstrate Q&PMC for customers and stakeholders
Who you are
To be successful in this role you need to be a driven and output-oriented person who has a pragmatic approach. You are structured and can define and improve routines. Building high performing team, motivating and establishing relations with people on all levels, comes natural to you. A fast learner eager to make things happen and execute this desire with a high level of drive. You are curious and has the ability to understand the reality of our customers, technology, IT and analytics. You have 5 years of proven leadership experience and a master's degree in science or equivalent.
