Sealing and creasing is an Internal Tetra Pak supplier within PS&E (Processing Solutions & Equipment) production organization, Supplying strategic parts within the sealing and creasing segments. If you like working with a committed efficient team, close to production reality and like to get things done - this is the next job for you. As our new Master Scheduler, you will be a part of a unique opportunity building up our operation in a complete new building "118" at Råbyholm in Lund, with full potential to develop supply chain flow further. You will be part of a committed team with 7 people. You will be part of our WCM "World Class Manufacturing" program developing people / process.




What you will do


As our new Master Scheduler, you will focus on:
-Daily production planning taking capacity and material availability into consideration in four different production flows.
-Continuously monitor the plan and interact with the production on a daily basis to solve delivery deviations that might occur.
-Capacity planning on short and long term. Proactively work with forecasting tools to enable availability according to customer demands.
-Analyze material shortage and propose countermeasures.
-Develop and improve our tools, processes and guidelines to ensure an efficient and high performing planning process.
-Continuously review and optimize planning parameters including batch sizes to ensure best possible balance between efficiency and inventory costs.
-Participate in continuous improvement within WCM (World Class Manufacturing) including improvement teams, kaizen and participation WCM pillars.


This position will be located in Lund, Sweden. Very limited traveling is expected.




Who you are


We believe that you are a person with positive energy, is driven and result-oriented. You possess analytical competences, is structured and thorough but still is action oriented and make things happen. You get stimulation by finding solutions and is interested in participating and driving improvements.To be successful in this position you have a university education or equal, preferably with technical content. We also want you to understand an ever-changing and improving supply chain and have a big interest within production, planning and logistics. You might have been working a few years but could also recently have acquired your graduation. You should have good knowledge in Microsoft Office and proficiency within SAP APO is a merit. Fluent English and Swedish is needed to be successful in this role.
