Processing Solutions & Equipment (PSE) has the end-to-end responsibility for development, supplier management, production, installation of Tetra Pak equipments. PSE ensures we deliver the cost, productivity and quality our customers expect. The team you are joining is highly engaged in continuous improvement, optimizing the existing set-up and delivering an increased service level to the organization. As a Master Scheduler you will be working with production and capacity planning for filling and downstream equipment. The stage is global, high paced and stimulating. Supply Chain Integration is at the top of the agenda.

The position is temporary from May 1st 2019 until May 1st 2020, is based in Lund and may require 5-15% travel.





What you will do

-Participate in market demands analysis through Rolling Forecast and MC update.
-Identify appropriate capacity requirement for Production Plants (FM) and suppliers (FM, DE & OK) based on demand.
-Define and communicate the production pace for FM and DE Supply Chain according to decided planning system.
-Participate in team DMS: Visualize and follow-up equipment specific order progress and act as an interface with internal and external stakeholders in case of changes and cancellations of Filling Machines, Distribution Equipment and Optional Kits.
-Support NPI and other Planning related projects with participation to Extended teams and Product removal projects.
-Accountable for supply reliability and committed lead times for the products under your responsibility.
-Promote WCM continuous improvement and zero-defect mind set, leading by example and driving change management, in order to achieve a World Class organization.




Who you are


To be successful in this position you have good, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. You are well organized and accurate with an excellent attention to detail. For this position we expect you to be working independently as well as a part of a team. You are customer oriented, with a positive attitude. You have the capacity to make things happen in the organization by taking the initiative and drive them to completion. Interacting with others comes naturally to you in your daily work. You have a University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Economics and Engineering or similar and have a knowledge of capacity planning, supply chain planning and order planning. To be successful in the position you have good English knowledge both spoken and written and good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Good knowledge of SAP R/3 planning modules or other planning tools (MRP, MRP II, Advance Scheduling) are highly recommended. You are skilled in data analysis techniques and experience of at least 1 year in the field of order planning would be considered a plus.
