We are now looking for Operational Development engineer

As an Operational Development engineer you will be part of the Engineering Quality and Operational Development organization. The department is responsible for Program Quality, developing methods and processes, educate and support the organization to work in the most efficient & effective way, by looking beyond the regular methods.

Nevs has an interesting journey ahead, transforming into an agile company and we will take an active part in making it happen. Team work, empowered self-organizing teams and quick learning cycles is a key to success. Thus you need to be a good team player and continuously strive to make the team successful.

Developed social skills is an important part of the role due to the contacts with all levels within the company, customers and suppliers in a multi-cultural environment.

As an Operational Development engineer you will:

- Coach and motivate people to to improve the way of working
- Analyse and evaluate current processes and provide recommendations and inprovements
- Identify and solve process related issues in collaboration with the process owner
- Act as lead creating and implementing new business processes.
- Communicate and implement business processes
- Train and share knowledge and skills to create an effective way of working
- Representing in cross functional teams

 

We are looking for someone who has:

Good understanding and experience of Business Process development Understanding of the change process and experience in coaching Skilled in quality standards, methods and tools Experience from Agile projects and techniques e.g SAFE, SCRUM etc. Experience of project management Fluent English both spoken and written University degree in Business/Organisational development/Quality or equivalent work experience.
