A HR professional with academic background. You have team spirit skills, a solution focused and can-do attitude. You are self-motivated, pragmatic and able to drive change on an international and cross functional level.

To succeed in this role, we believe you need the patience to work in a flexible and changing environment and have the capabilities to network and influence the people around you.

About the job

You will drive the performance management process to help the business be successful and provide global tools and methods to secure the value of the process.

You will be responsible for driving and executing the global Alfa Laval employee engagement survey.

Together with the VP Talent Management and People Development you are implementing and executing our Performance and Talent Strategy.

This position will be based in Lund or Tumba and reports to the Vice President Talent Management & People Development based in Tumba, while the rest of the team is based in Lund.
