Informasjon om stillingen/Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
One of the main roles of this position is to execute and support technical projects within the production plant in Halden which include installation of new production and process equipment, upgrade and continuous improvement as well as maintenance of existing systems. Another important role is to cooperate and liaise across various departments in order to streamline processes as well as to support with qualification/validation and on in internal trainings.

Tasks and responsibilities
. Support for engineering projects as a project expert
. Integration of new technologies for new and existing machines
. Identify and implement improvement projects
. Estimation of project (personnel, properties, cost, amounts, etc)
. Cooperate and liaise across various departments within the plant and project scope
. Prepare modification specifications, technical documentation, document engineering activities within the project scope
. Perform and support validation and qualification activities
. Coordinate, monitor and supervise installation, testing and interact with suppliers
. Troubleshoot complicated technical issues, create training plans and support training
. Procurement and review of offers, as well as final acceptance and approvals
. Other duties and tasks may be assigned to the position when needed

Qualifications

. University degree in the field of engineering with focus on automation or similar
. Experience with development and programming of control systems based on PLCs
. Experience with management of projects, engineering principles and technical regulation
. Knowledge of general principles of automation and control systems
. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
. Independent worker able to set priorities for him/herself as well as a team member
. Readiness for international traveling
. Strong collaboration skills with ability to work in fast-changing environment
