YOUR ROLE As a leader the Senior Manager Global Category Communication needs to be strong in managing, developing and coaching people, especially creatives. He/she needs to have a business and creative focus and be able to bridge the two when working with business stakeholders and creatives, in order to secure commercially strong product communication. The Global Category Communication Manager should have a collaborative mindset and always strive to improve the delivery of the team.   ?Senior Manager Global Category Communication reports to the Senior Director Global Creative Studio and is part of the Global Creative Studio Management Team.  YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES  Manage a team of creatives responsible for developing all product and category related communication (11 people)  Managing managers (Senior Project Manager)  Coach, develop and grow the team via the Oriflame IPM (Integrated Performance Management) process.  Secure an implementation of the Oriflame strategy and Category strategy in all communication.  Work ongoing in collaboration with the PM category to train and develop the creative team in areas like category/segment knowledge, market understanding, competition, the industry and communication.  WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR  University/college degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent  5+ years working experience in a similar position or in a role in creative agency or marketing  Advanced working proficiency in English  Advanced leadership and strategic communication skills, as well as presentation skills  Creative and strategic mindset,  ?WHAT WE OFFER  Working at Oriflame means working in a global company defined by a dynamic culture, meaningful work and professional growth; this is what we offer our employees.
