Our Sourcing Department within division Crushing and Screening in Svedala manages and coordinates all sourcing activities, promotes overall purchasing performance and leads transformative change efforts within the organization. Bringing your competence and experience into the equation, you play a vital part in the success of our work.


Your mission
In this position, you ensure we have a solid foundation for conducting business as you lead and participate in important sourcing projects, manage and negotiate contracts, and support and follow-up the compliance of our agreements. A very important part of your mission is to establish and maintain great relations with our key stakeholders and you engage in our Supplier Relationship Management, as well as support the selection and onboarding of our suppliers.
 
Your character
We’re looking for a skilled negotiator with a solid background within sourcing or supply chain, and with strong business acumen. You have previous experience from working with production and CapEx-investments. Being an energetic person with great logical thinking, you see possibilities where others see problems and handle stakeholders with trust and respect. Since we act both locally and globally, you need a high level of skills in English and Swedish.
