As a Senior Studio Engineer you are expected to have a big passion for cars and a mindset to always strive for the best possible product. You are not afraid of conflicts and determined to find the best solution to meet the Design intention. This requires a high level of creativity, cross functional cooperation, multi-tasking and good Catia V5 skills.

As a studio engineer you will provide overall engineering support to the product design team through all phases of the product design process, including advanced design and advanced engineering. Ensure engineering and design requirements for projects are understood, questioned and shared within product design and engineering respectively. Secure the holistic approach in balancing requirements between engineering and design by being in the forefront of engineering trends, system tools, tooling and development processes. Secure that deliveries from product design have the necessary technical quality.

As a senior studio engineer within Interior/exterior you are responsible to secure technical Input and ensure complete final technical Input in program, implement best practices in current and future programs, secure up-to-date competence in continuity i.e. Benchmark all competitors, support the organization with facts, technical information and earlier project experiences and be updated on existing manufacturing methods and technologies.

Qualifications:
- B.Sc. or equivalent based on work experience.
- Understanding of what is important in the different program phases.
- Ability to prioritize your daily work to support design in the most efficient way.
- Ability to understand and communicate the design intention.
- Good understanding how to realize the design intention in a feasible way.
- Documented Catia V5 and TeamCenter experience

If you have experience from CMF (Color material finsh), it´s beneficial.
