Technical Project Leader

Responsibilities
Run and participate as engineer in investment- and optimization projects from pilot study to implementation.
Motivate and engage the members of the project group.
Bring in offers and order material, contractors, consultants etc.
Ensure that best available technique is used.
Perform risk analysis for new projects and changes at the site.
Responsible of keeping the project budget within given limits.



Qualifications
Bachelor or Master of Science Degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical)
At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in a project leading role
English and Swedish knowledge at fluent/native level, German would be desirable
High safety and quality awareness.
An understanding of process- technology and equipment.
The ability to motivate and engage people.
Good communication abilities.
Structured and good planing abilities.
Being a team player.
