About the role
The team provides strategic IT support to the organization by developing sound strategies, enabling business transformation and managing selected service providers. End-user Trainings develops global end-user training material, train and prepare local trainers for end-user training in each process area and each country in close cooperation with global process teams. You will be part of the journey to implement SAP globally by develop the colleagues.

Your main responsibilities include:
•Training single point of contact to the global manufacturing and planning / supply chain process teams
•Central trainer to prepare and train local trainers
•Driving training impact assessments for SAP releases in manufacturing and planning / supply chain processes
•Quality assurance lead for global training content
•Creation of continuous update of global training documents
•Cooperation with training content developers, off- and on-shore

You will be a part of a diverse workforce where you get to face exciting challenges and varied tasks. You will report to the Manager of End User Trainings who is located in Gothenburg.

About you
We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for learning and training and will take an active and driving part of a global change programme in an international context. The position requires you to be an experienced system user in Manufacturing and Planning/Supply Chain.

You have a team-player personality and experience from collaboration tools. You must be open for change and have a structured way of working.

Important for the role:
• Good understanding of IT systems and data
• Very good process knowledge in manufacturing and planning / supply chain and related processes
• Experienced in manufacturing planning / Supply Chain systems, knowledge in SAP related modules is a prerequisite
• Previous experience in training, preparing materials etc. is an advantage
• Fluent in English

Willingness to travel (approximately 20 %) and EU work permit is a prerequisite.
